About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team at Southern Oregon Veterinary Specialty Center. As a key member of our hospital team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our board-certified veterinary specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of animals under the supervision of our veterinarians
  • Perform a variety of medical procedures, including blood draws, urinalyses, and radiography
  • Monitor and maintain patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional client service and support
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary techniques and technologies

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a Certified Veterinary Technician (or soon to be graduate preparing for the VTNE) with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and supporting our team. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
