Job Summary:
The City of New York is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Records Management unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of records throughout the city.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Agency units to ensure compliance with records management protocols
* Conduct data entry and search for electronically stored information
* Prepare records for offsite storage
* Assist in inventorying and archiving records
* Travel to various DOT locations and off-site records storage facilities as needed
Requirements:
* Four-year high school diploma or equivalent
* One year of satisfactory clerical experience
* Keyboard familiarity with typing speed of at least 100 key strokes per minute
