- Provide education and training to pharmacy staff on clinical pharmacy development and leadership.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve organizational objectives and promote a positive work environment.
- Identify and implement creative approaches to improve performance, service, and quality.
- Take personal responsibility for all work activities and personal actions, including following through on commitments and acknowledging mistakes.
- Demonstrate a high degree of honesty, loyalty, and integrity, and foster collaboration and trust among colleagues and departments.
- Maintain open dialogue and share information in a timely manner.
- Practice cost containment measures and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy with a PharmD degree.
- Current New York State registration.
- Ability to interpret, understand, and communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
- Ability to act in a professional capacity and serve as a role model.
- Retains composure under stress.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to ambulate or be stationary for extended periods of time. The individual must be able to focus and concentrate on fine detail with minimal interruption and attend to tasks for more than 60 minutes at a time.
