As a Certified Medication Assistant at The Grande at South Portland, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the administration of medications, while also providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents according to their care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • State Medication Technician Certification required
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
