Job DescriptionAt DreamCrafters Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Advertising Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of our client's overall marketing and development goals
  • Conduct competition analysis to maintain a cutting edge and assure our client's are providing the best options for their potential new customers
  • Assist with daily sales duties and report final numbers to the senior marketing management staff
  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and/or sales approach to potential new clients
  • Present recommendations to the marketing and sales team to improve overall efficiency and developing a better consumer experience
  • Coordinate with the marketing & sales departments on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
  • Proven expertise executing campaigns targeted at driving new business
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, or other similar business-related fields
  • Knowledge of traditional core marketing and sales concepts
  • A can-do, positive attitude, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • An outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people and working in a collaborative team atmosphere
