Senior Construction Project Scheduler

Connico is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including creating and updating project timelines, resource allocation, and cost-loading.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project deliverables meet client needs.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct constructability reviews and identify potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project reports, including project status updates, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in construction management, engineering, estimating, or related field.
  • 10+ years of construction scheduling or planning experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
