Senior Quality Specialist

At Givaudan, we're committed to delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. As a Senior Quality Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet stringent regulatory and customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement local shop floor quality system and improvement projects.
- Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement Quality Control improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Provide input to the local quality system and support customer complaints and non-conformance management.
- Support troubleshooting of local issues related to quality control.
- Provide guidance to Quality Specialists I and local subject matter expertise to partners.
- Technical or Business Administration bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Related experience of 2 to 4 years.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with relevant QIC FC&A and Ops processes.
- Basic knowledge of Givaudan's order fulfilment, brief management, and Regulatory processes.
- Experience with Givaudan's manufacturing technologies and product characteristics.
- Knowledge of Givaudan's main IT systems and expert knowledge for a few relevant systems.
- Experience with Food Safety and Quality Systems.
