Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading a manufacturing team and working closely with the Shift Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of digital printing and fulfillment equipment. The successful candidate will be able to operate independently and with minimal supervision, communicating effectively with all Mad Engine Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow the production schedule and support distribution and warehouse personnel.
  • Operate production equipment, verify completed projects meet quality standards, and monitor printing systems to ensure safe procedures are followed.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of workers, review performance, and identify training needs.
  • Manage timecards and team member schedules, and may operate a forklift.
Requirements
  • Production experience is required, with basic mechanical and equipment troubleshooting experience necessary.
  • Basic technical support experience is required, with familiarity with Mad Engine equipment and processes desired.
  • The successful candidate will be extremely detailed and dependable, able to multitask, and skilled in organizing work efficiently.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task several priorities, and solid time management skills.
  • Familiar with and capable of working the entire MS Office suite, and knowledge of automated or computerized system operation including ERP or MRP systems.
Work Schedule

4th Shift: Friday - Sunday, Nights (5PM - 5AM)
