Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Stewart Signs. As a key member of our sales and installation team, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing multiple sign projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency with customer expectations, company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and complete multiple sign projects at a time, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with sales consultants, manufacturing facility, and customers throughout the sales order and production process.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to establish project pace, resolve issues, and provide a superior customer experience.
  • Efficiently coordinate each sign project's timeline and schedule from point-of-sale to installation.
  • Provide information to relevant departments to progress sign projects to completion.
  • Conduct live customer order audits to clarify orders, set expectations, and build projects.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of demonstrated high-level data entry and customer service experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
  • Goal-oriented, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn technical products quickly or technical aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Customer Relationship Management databases (Epicor preferred).

Work Environment:

This position is based in our Sarasota, Florida office, with remote work options available upon completion of training.

The work environment is a typical office setting with climate-controlled conditions, and the employee is expected to sit for extended periods, use hands to handle equipment, and communicate with colleagues and customers.
