Job Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Dental Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless administrative support in our dental center.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in multiple administrative tasks. Bilingual skills are required, and prior experience in an office setting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and visitors with a smile, making them feel valued.
  • Accurately gather and update patient information, including dental, medical, and insurance details.
  • Notify the attending dentist and staff of patient arrival and readiness.
  • Respond to phone calls professionally and use scripts as needed.
  • Schedule patients efficiently, ensuring doctor and staff time is utilized effectively.
  • Manage recall systems and confirm next day's appointments by phone.
Requirements
  • Bilingual skills (English and another language)
  • 1 year of office experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certifications: BLS/OSHA/HIPAA
Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $55,000 per annum
