Job Details

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking an experienced Per Diem Respiratory Therapist, RN, or LPN to support the surrounding area.

Job Summary

We are a leading provider of oxygen and respiratory products throughout the Midwest and Rockies, specializing in serving the long-term care community and oxygen-dependent Veterans. The ideal candidate will have a unique skill set and experience in home care and skilled nursing facility environments.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver, set up, and provide instruction of home medical equipment, including oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen systems, BiPAP, CPAP, overnight and continuous oximetry, humidity systems, suction, and pediatric set-ups.
  • Provide routine equipment maintenance, instruction of proper use, safety, cleaning, and continuing education to clients.
  • Schedule and conduct staff in-services of respiratory equipment to skilled nursing facilities as requested.
  • Serve as a resource to referrals, physicians, clients, and NRS staff; assist with troubleshooting of equipment.
Requirements
  • Current RT/RN/LPN License in the state of Branch location and in other state(s) as required based on territory served.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check and drug test.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Home care experience is preferred.
