Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at IT Concepts. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our government customers across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, troubleshooting, and customer service. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance to customers, and collaborating with our team to ensure seamless support delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement support processes and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on system administration and technical procedures
  • Monitor and report on support metrics and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in system administration and technical support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Physical ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds and navigate through facility spaces

Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Suitability clearance
