As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and advance medical research.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs and develop individualized care plans to address their concerns.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Document all interactions and interventions in patients' medical records, ensuring accurate and timely communication among healthcare providers.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • State-licensed Registered Nurse for the State of Illinois.
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care environment.
  • Certification in Basic CPR.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
