Hematology Advanced Practice Provider Job Description

Rush University System for Health seeks an experienced Hematology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team, providing comprehensive patient care and supporting the inpatient service and outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, incorporating evidence-based practices and emerging trends in hematology and oncology.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and lead quality improvement initiatives, driving excellence in patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Current State of Illinois licensure and certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hematology and oncology, with a proven track record of clinical excellence and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits

$160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
