Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As an OR Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain aseptic technique and follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and pain management.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the United States.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
