Corewell Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Med Surg team. As a Neuro Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care to individuals with complex neurological conditions, including spine surgery patients, patients who have undergone craniotomy and craniectomy for brain tumor resection, removal or debulking, and elective aneurysm interventions.

About the Unit

Our Neuro Med Surg unit is a 44-bed progressive care unit located in Butterworth Hospital. We are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to individuals with complex neurological conditions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
