About the Opportunity

Corewell Health is seeking a skilled RN Neuro Med Surg to join our team at Butterworth Hospital. As a member of our Progressive Neurosurgical Unit, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions.

About the Unit

Our 44-bed unit is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with a range of neurological and neurosurgical conditions, including spine surgery, brain tumor resection, and aneurysm interventions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes.

About the Role

As a RN Neuro Med Surg, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care that is safe, effective, and patient-centered. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. You will also be responsible for educating patients and families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.

Qualifications
  • Associates in Nursing Required
  • Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
