As a member of our Progressive Neurosurgical unit, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to patients with complex neurology and neurosurgical conditions.

About the Unit

Our 44-bed Progressive Neurosurgical unit is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of neurosurgical conditions, including spine surgery, brain tumor resection, and aneurysm interventions. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Scope of Work

As a RN Neuro Med Surg, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care that is aligned with the American Nurses Association (ANA) and the State of Michigan's professional and legal standards. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while upholding the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Associates in Nursing Required
  • Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
