Sales Consultant

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Ascend Staffing in the Lancaster area. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and contributing to our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Bulk and maintain a network of leads within the designated territory to identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and qualify new prospect accounts through effective sales management software tools
- Present product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
- Manage time efficiently with physical visits to prospects and clients while using CRM software
- 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
- Able to close deals and meet sales quotas
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time and territory management
- Success in qualifying prospects involving multiple key decision-makers
The estimated annual salary for this position is $37,500-$52,500 plus commission, making it a lucrative opportunity for ambitious sales professionals. Benefits include performance-based bonus opportunities, health insurance, 401K with company contribution, and more.
