A highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager is required to lead the success of North Texas Wings, LLC restaurants. This key role plays a critical part in driving sales and profitability through maintaining operational standards, inventory management, expense control, human resources management, proper safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring restaurant equipment is in good working order.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest-friendly environment, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of Guest Service. This includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, ensuring a positive dining experience.

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for recruiting and hiring quality staff, maintaining all employee management functions, and developing and implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives. Additionally, they will control shrinkage, waste, expenses, and payroll while ensuring appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will analyze and measure business trends, review restaurant trends, and recommend and initiate changes for maximizing goals and objectives. They will also ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures through regular restaurant management and staff meetings, walk-throughs, and audits.

This role requires the ability to continually evaluate and react to performance issues, actively recruit restaurant staff candidates, train and develop shift leadership in all aspects of the business, and direct and monitor training and development for all restaurant personnel.

The Restaurant Operations Manager will play a key role in representing the brand and department in a professional and polished manner at all times.

In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to serve the customer, strong verbal communication and listening skills, a calm and tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations, and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow-through.

The successful candidate will have experience in business planning, with direct responsibility for operational and financial results, and demonstrated expertise in identifying areas for improvement and establishing and implementing procedures and performance standards to increase profitability.

They will also have the ability to teach others to understand the financial impact of operational decisions and help establish and implement performance measurements and procedures to reach goals. A consultative and coaching approach, tolerance of others' viewpoints, and the ability to use persuasion and negotiation and other communication principles to influence results are also essential.
