Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at the Collaborative for Academic Social and Emotional Learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital platforms to reach and engage thousands of communities worldwide.

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee cross-channel dissemination, ensuring coordinated and quality content on flagship social media platforms, websites, and email newsletters. This role will play an integral part in driving continuous improvement of CASEL's digital presence and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote CASEL products, publications, professional services, conferences, webinars, and other offerings.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee CASEL's social media presence, including content planning, creation, posting, and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Optimize CASEL's website and microsites for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update content and reflect organizational priorities, voice, and tone.
  • Manage and grow email/newsletter contact lists and execute strategies to increase open rates and minimize opt-outs.
  • Support content development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess content performance and effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in communications, marketing, or related fields with demonstrated success at developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google workplace apps, and WordPress, and experienced with graphic design programs such as InDesign or Canva.
  • Adept at using social media (including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube) to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Experience with email marketing services (such as Constant Contact) and social media scheduling tools is preferred.
  • Experience or interest in the education or youth development field is preferred.
