Job Title: Associate Customer Care Representative

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for handling phone calls, converting leads into new business, and servicing existing accounts with a high level of professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct professional telephone conversations to service existing accounts and convert leads into new business
  • Utilize knowledge of legal terminology, policy language, and home construction to provide expert guidance to customers
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
  • Problem-solve and multitask to prioritize work and meet productivity goals

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
