Position Overview:
Ryder is actively seeking a Full-Time Team Leader in the warehouse sector.

Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $20.00
  • Overtime Rate: $30.00

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts and mandatory overtime as operational needs arise.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform various warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Distribute daily tasks among team members to optimize workflow.
  • Motivate team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide orientation and necessary resources for new employees.
  • Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
  • Manage daily paperwork related to warehouse operations.
  • Compile and submit daily reports, proposing strategies for improved effectiveness.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.
