Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and trending of inventory turns, expired goods, and inbound and outbound statistics.
  • Oversee the receiving and shipping of products, raw materials, and chemicals, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff, including conducting safety training and providing guidance on proper procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Excellence leader to define and prioritize actions to improve warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in an automated warehousing/distribution environment or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience or combination of internal Lead experience coupled with accredited manager development training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
