Job Responsibilities: As a Tax Accountant Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with management, assisting in dealership strategy development, process improvement, and customer/employee engagement projects. Your tasks will include shadowing key personnel, completing special projects, preparing correspondence and documents, directing calls, maintaining CSI standards, and participating in required training.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and demonstrate strong teamwork through trust and respect. Desired education includes GED, High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, or Doctorate Degree, with fields of study including Accounting, Automotive, Business, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Additionally, up to 3 years, 3-5 years, or 5+ years of work experience are desirable.
