About the Job
Randstad US has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Senior Financial Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, preparing financial reports, and providing analysis and recommendations to senior management. You will also be responsible for supervising and guiding junior staff members and contributing to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the accounting department
  • Prepare financial reports and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Experience with Sage 300 and AIA billing software (plus)
  • A degree in Accounting or a related field

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
