Mechanical Engineer with Industrial Automation Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Engineer with expertise in industrial automation to join our team at Next Level Business Services, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop industrial automation systems, including mechanical and electrical components
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement automation projects
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source equipment and materials
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and operating manuals
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation, with a strong background in mechanical engineering
- Proven leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with CAD software, such as CREO
- Knowledge of industrial engineering principles, including lean manufacturing and six sigma
- Experience with equipment and line process validations
- Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEA, and DFA/DFM principles
