Lead Mechanical Engineer with Industrial Automation Expertise

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Engineer with expertise in industrial automation to join our team at Next Level Business Services, Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation solutions using CREO and other relevant tools
- Review and modify machine specifications for manual, semi-automated, and fully automated machines
- Apply industrial engineering principles to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
- BS Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation and mechanical engineering
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, including balance tables, process flow diagrams, and lean principles
- Experience with equipment and line process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/MSA's)
- Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEA, DFA, and DFM principles
- Strong communication and project management skills
