About the Role

As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple disciplines of Human Resources, including Talent Management, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS Systems. You will work closely with the HR team to support the delivery of learning and development programs, support the annual talent review and succession planning process, and assist with talent acquisition and recruitment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of learning and development programs, including coordination, communication, and evaluation.
  • Assist with the annual talent review and succession planning process.
  • Support talent acquisition and recruitment, including partnering with Sr. Recruiters to learn the candidate evaluation and hiring process.
  • Investigate and make recommendations on current and future digital candidate communication and advertising.
  • Work with HR leaders and IT partners to identify areas of improvement in our Human Resources technology.
  • Make recommendations on how we can further enhance our candidate experience.
Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you must be pursuing a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a similar field from an accredited university. You must also be in your third year of an undergraduate program and planning to return to your degree program post-internship.

We are looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail, prioritization, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact and integrity.

Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools/programs are also required. Additionally, you should be able to work autonomously, prioritize, and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.
