About the Role

We're seeking a Financial Professional to join our team at New York Life. As an insurance agent, you'll have the opportunity to drive positive impact in the lives of families every day.

With a strong focus on leadership and entrepreneurship, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and build strong relationships with clients.

As a Financial Professional at New York Life, you'll have access to a comprehensive training program, including marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and communication skills. You'll also have the support of a dedicated development team and sales support to guide your success.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a commission-based compensation structure, with the average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agent's Contract being $115,917 in 2022. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension.
