Job Title: Artificial Intelligence RMF Policy and Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence RMF Policy and Documentation Specialist to join our team at GBS Solutions Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialized technical expertise to support the development of technically sound international standards for Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

Job Summary:

The Artificial Intelligence RMF Policy and Documentation Specialist will provide support services to the NIST Trustworthy AI Program, focusing on AI-related standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting strategy, prioritization, planning, logistics, relationship management, and communication for NIST's global engagement on AI standards under Executive Order 14110
  • Creating a list of priority engagement activities, including proposed approach and stakeholders to engage
  • Outlining the draft EO-mandated 180-day report on actions taken under the plan
  • Drafting reports to be sent to the White House on engagement actions undertaken
  • Providing research support to NIST as it develops and advances collaborative frameworks, standards, guidelines, and associated methods and techniques for artificial intelligence
  • Compiling NIST expert comments on draft documents circulated by standards committees
  • Drafting proposals for new work items on bias in AI and AI security, including identification of co-editors from other countries

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience preparing technical documentation, including conducting research for applicable government and industry documentation standards
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical writing and documentation experience pertaining to all aspects of technical writing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office products, e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or under general direction
