Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Officina. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm smile and make them feel welcome
  • Take orders and communicate with customers and kitchen staff about any special requests or allergies
  • Share information about the menu and answer any questions guests may have
  • Bring out food in a timely manner and check on guests regularly
  • Communicate and work effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing away dishes from guest tables and following safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some experience with POS systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Officina
  • Willingness to work and learn in a team environment
  • Passion for food services
  • Ability to adapt and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the team
  • Strive to present the best products
  • Contribute to weekly staff education meetings

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
