This position is pivotal in steering, enhancing, and coordinating the operations of FMO to maximize market presence, boost operational efficiency, and elevate profitability while upholding the organization's core values and ensuring exceptional member service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Consistently achieve and surpass all operational and member service objectives.
  • Core Values Alignment: Conduct all business activities in alignment with the Core Values of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority's Corporate Office.
  • Loan Application Oversight: Review and assess loan applications in collaboration with loan and credit committees.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and guide staff to maximize sales opportunities through effective coaching and referrals.
  • Membership Growth: Actively seek and onboard new members to meet monthly growth targets.
  • Product Promotion: Foster growth within the Credit Union by training staff to effectively cross-sell products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong internal and external relationships through proactive problem-solving and follow-through.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Customer Retention: Utilize decision-making tools to enhance customer retention efforts.
  • Financial Coaching: Act as a financial mentor by analyzing credit reports with members and recommending beneficial products and services.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and evaluate the needs of potential members and refer them to appropriate departments.
  • Community Engagement: Drive business development through active participation in community events and functions.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and maintain a high-performing sales and service team through effective leadership and coaching.
  • Member Feedback: Conduct annual member satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and implement responsive actions.
  • Fraud Prevention: Monitor member accounts to prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve member complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Contract Negotiation: Review and negotiate contracts for approval as necessary.
  • Data Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of member files.
  • Policy Compliance: Adhere to all organizational policies, including cash handling and compliance regulations.
  • Password Management: Responsible for managing password protocols.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and demanding atmosphere.

Qualifications
