ASSET MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING SERV is a well-established, locally operated firm in search of a dedicated manager for their property operations. The Plantation Apartments encompass 100 affordable living units situated in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will be supported by a full-time property manager and a maintenance technician.


To excel in this role, candidates must possess outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, along with a vibrant personality that thrives on engaging with residents and prospective tenants.

The property utilizes industry-standard software including Realpage - OPS technology and Onesite Leasing and Rents.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in property management and familiarity with the aforementioned software platforms is essential.
