Job Description:

The Financial Analyst will report into the Accounting Manager and be responsible for assisting with the monthly accounting process, managing client accounts payable, and coordinating with vendors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with monthly project draw process
  • Managing accounts payable system utilizing AvidXchange
  • Reviewing invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Processing check requests

Additionally, the Financial Analyst will assist the accounting and finance team with general administrative tasks and may be asked to perform duties outside of this job description as the company grows and evolves.
