Cost Savings Specialist

About the Role: As a Cost Savings Specialist at Carrier, you will play a crucial part in identifying and implementing cost-saving measures within our organization. This involves analyzing and evaluating the cost of goods and services, developing strategies to reduce costs while maintaining or improving quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve cost savings goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and quality assurance, to achieve cost savings goals.">
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cost reduction.">
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.">
Requirements:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of proven experience in cost reduction, cost analysis, or project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
">The successful candidate will also have knowledge of industry trends and best practices in cost reduction, proficiency in cost analysis and financial modeling, strong project management skills, and the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions. Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Excel and MRP systems, is also essential. Knowledge of 3D Creo and Windchill is a plus.
