Collaboration and Passion
This role is performed on-site, and we are looking for individuals who share our enthusiasm for quality service.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment and ensure the workspace is free of unwashed dishes, pots, and pans.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the food preparation area, including washing and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, utensils, dishes, and floors.
- Clean major kitchen appliances, such as ovens, stovetops, grills, and fryers.
- Assist in various food preparation tasks as needed.
- Adhere to established health, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
- Follow proper food preparation and handling protocols.
- Safely store food items in accordance with regulations.
- Complete opening and closing tasks, including preparing necessary supplies and equipment.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
