We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Enterprise Solutions Developer to join our team at 3M Consultancy.

This is a full-time, remote position requiring an active IRS MBI clearance.

Job Description

Overview: As a Lead Enterprise Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable and efficient architectures, working closely with our development teams to ensure the success of our products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design and implement new features and systems.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, processes, and best practices, including ELC/OneSDLC documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve architectural issues and challenges.
  • Ensure all solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in enterprise architecture.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on architectural best practices.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications to production environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solutions architecture roles.
  • Proficiency in designing and documenting complex systems and architectures.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ELC (Enterprise Life Cycle) and OneSDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) frameworks and related documentation.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
