Job Summary

The Digital Ad Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion. This collaborative role will work closely with marketing stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans, including website optimization, email communications, and lead generation platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets, performance, and optimizations to ensure digital marketing performance meets and exceeds goals.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve marketing performance.
  • Identify gaps in marketing data and conversion opportunities through segmentation and analysis.
  • Communicate platform changes and updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs to support digital marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate on the creation, distribution, and list management within our marketing automation platform.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Journalism.
  • Minimum three years of digital and traditional marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proactive with a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and marketing automation programs.
