About the Role

Fanatics is seeking a highly skilled Product Line Manager - Associate Producer to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate information across all product platforms, including forecasts, pricing, product IDs, and imaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across all product platforms, including forecasts, pricing, product IDs, and imaging.
  • Systems Orientation: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company proprietary systems, partnering with merchandising operations to ensure seamless integration.
  • Line Planning and Cross-Matrix Accountabilities: Support Product Line Managers with line planning and cross-matrix accountabilities at the channel, league, or assortment level, with a focus on quality of content.
  • SOP Creation and Management: Support the creation and management of SOPs for all aspects of product management processes and calendars.
  • Business Development: Assist in maximizing existing programs and developing new business opportunities with the Product Management team and cross-matrix partners.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Provide regular communication to relevant teams regarding line development, seasonal performance, changes in forecast, etc. Assist with relationship and product management of sublicensees and external partners.
  • Trend Travel and Account Management: Possible trend travel, including sales meetings, account meetings, and tradeshows.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Merchandising, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience, with 2+ years of experience in retail or wholesale a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, adapt to change, and maintain composure under pressure. Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards team, vendors, and clients.
  • Product Merchandising/Creative Experience: 0-2 years of experience in product merchandising/creation.
  • Merchandising Retail Math/Financial Skills: Strong understanding of merchandising retail math/financial skills.
  • Fashion, Color, and Trend Analysis: Moderate experience with fashion, color, and trend analysis.
  • Product Creation Process: Understanding of the product creation process a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Moderate skill level in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with data warehouses and database management.
  • Communication and Travel: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and ability to travel up to 10% of the job.
