Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a coordination office for volunteer-led guardianships and custodianships for minors
  • Acquire, qualify, and support individual guardians to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children
  • Provide professional and personal support for contact initiation and justification of guardian selection to the family court
  • Monitor legal participation and reporting obligations according to SGB VIII to the family court
  • Liaise between the youth welfare office and family court to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
