About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at HQ Aero Management Inc. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our aircraft maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Verify documentation of maintenance performed, including FARs, customer repair station manuals, and continuous airworthiness maintenance programs.
  • Perform final buy-back of maintenance performed and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Conduct in-progress inspections, including clearance-to-close, torque verifications, dimensional checks, and rigs.
  • Authorize return-to-service and airworthiness releases on serviceable tags, aircraft logbooks, and FAA form 337, as required by the customer.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous commercial MRO experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience on 737/767/Airbus/Next Gen aircraft is required.
  • GEN FAM – 737, Next Gen, A320 – is required.
  • F.A.A. Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License is required.
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • Standard Tool Kit is required.
  • Criminal Background Check and compliance with FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
Working Conditions
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Good vision and depth perception are required.
  • Work will be performed in a hangar and ramp environment, subject to FAR Part 135 aircraft maintenance regulations.
