Trigo ADR Americas is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for performing visual inspection operations, including in-process, final inspection, and First Article Inspections (FAIs) as appropriate. You will work under general supervision and report to the Quality Management team in Quality Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components
- Conduct FAIs in accordance with AS9102
- Use hand measurement tools and CMM inspection processes
- Apply knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and blueprint interpretation
- Perform final inspection and receiving inspection, including dimensional, visual inspection, surface finish, and assembly inspection
- Read, interpret, and utilize quality policies, procedures, blueprints, and other documentation
- Process warehouse materials and support positive corrective actions and identification of root cause
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as a quality inspector or technician
- 3+ years' experience in an aerospace manufacturing facility
- 3+ years' experience in inspection duties, FAIs, GD&T, and blueprint interpretation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Effective communication skills and detail-oriented
