Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekends. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, mentoring less experienced nurses, and ensuring the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team on weekends
  • Mentor and develop less experienced nurses to improve their clinical and leadership skills
  • Ensure the maintenance of high standards of care and quality of life for our residents
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Valid NYS RN License
  • 2 years of long-term care experience preferred
  • 1-year charge nurse experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
