Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Technician to join our team at Serpentini Chevrolet Tallmadge. As a Customer Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring complete customer satisfaction by performing various tasks related to vehicle inventory management, customer service, and dealership maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain the appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed.
  • Lot Maintenance: Keep the lots neat and orderly by moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Customer Service: Deliver vehicles to customers after service is complete, transport customers to/from their home when needed, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles, retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
