About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team at Baxter. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and packaging meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sampling, testing, and analytical processes to ensure product quality
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Perform audits on injection machines to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
  • Make decisions with and without supervisory assistance regarding quality control matters
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred in a related field
  • One year or more of work-related experience
  • Meet visual acuity requirements as documented in Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity Procedure CL
