About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Baxter. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and packaging meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of products and packaging to ensure compliance with specifications, SOPs, JIBs, and GMPs.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy in testing and inspection processes.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless execution of quality-related tasks.
  • Perform audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Science.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
