Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Management Specialist to join our team at Titan Ventures. As a key member of our ERP team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and blending production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient use of warehouse space.
  • Blending Production: Coordinate the production of therapeutic blends according to customer specifications, including processing orders from quotation to confirmation.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking consumables and equipment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports in our ERP system, including documentation of manual updates and revisions.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as required to support the efficient operation of our warehouse and blending production processes.
Requirements:
  • Committed and Motivated Work Style: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and basic understanding of technical office equipment.
  • Warehouse Management Experience: Basic knowledge of warehouse management principles and independent monitoring and implementation of warehouse management systems.
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license is desirable.
