Sales Leadership Director

About the Role:
First Supply is seeking an accomplished Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the wholesale distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets and profitability goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in wholesale distribution or a related industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
