Sales and Service Director Job Summary

The Sales and Service Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service targets. This includes pre-planning with strategic new customer outreach, in-club leads, and securing member referrals. As a leader, the Sales and Service Director must exemplify qualities in all areas of the business, building lasting relationships with prospective and current members to drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed studio targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective customers
• Lead and manage the CBX team to drive sales and revenue growth
• Collaborate with the Studio Owner to set and achieve financial targets
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment and ensure all technology is functioning properly

Requirements:
• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
• Ability to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
